Lylian Vignau

Chief Commercial & Digital Officer, Lagardère Travel Retail

Lylian, an agronomist and oenologist graduated from ESSEC, began his career with Rémy Cointreau in 1992, working in France, Australia, and China. He joined the global retailer Casino Group in 1995, where he held various management positions in Latin America, Switzerland, and France as International Merchandise Director. In 2014, he joined beauty retailer Sephora Europe & Middle East as Head Merchant before becoming CEO of the Duty Free division of Lagardère Travel Retail in 2017. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Commercial & Digital Officer, marking his entry to Lagardère Travel Retail’s Executive Committee.
