ETRC Index
The ETRC Business Performance Index monitors movements in sales across the business on a quarterly basis, mapping data contributed by participating Retailers against the passenger numbers for the airports covered in the survey.
The ETRC Index is the only ‘real time’ snapshot of the industry. In 2023 the ETRC Index covered 225 European Airports responsible for more than 90% of European traffic.
Commissioned by ETRC as an exclusive service for ETRC Members, the ETRC Index has been compiled since 2021 by Pi Insight with support from ForwardKeys for passenger traffic data. See Partners section.
